During my recent stay, I was impressed with the convenient location. With restaurants and shops nearby, exploring my surroundings was easy. the room and bathroom were kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. the staff provided excellent service and offered assistance whenever needed. the breakfast spread was impressive and included many options to choose from.
I did notice that the kitchen facilities could have been better maintained.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the festive decorations in the lobby and the complementary hot cocoa offered to guests upon arrival. The hotel’s proximity to popular shopping areas and restaurants was also convenient. it was nice to have access to the sauna and fitness center, which were well-maintained.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel fell short of our expectations. Our room was not properly cleaned upon check-in and we had to request housekeeping several times during our stay.

What a great experience during our city trip! the hotel had an ideal location, just a short walk away from public transport and major attractions. the room was spotlessly clean and spacious, providing us with all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which were both very much appreciated.
There were some minor issues. the staff at the reception seemed a bit disorganized and it took longer than expected to check-in.
